Daytime Conditions
During February, the daytime temperatures in Malta are generally mild, peaking around 15°C. Sun exposure is moderate with around 7 hours of sunshine. Humidity levels stay relatively comfortable, making the climate pleasant for walking or hiking.
Rainfall Patterns
Rainfall in February is moderate with around 60mm expected across the month. Rain showers tend to be short-lived and scattered, so they are unlikely to disrupt plans significantly. Bringing an umbrella or light raincoat is advisable for occasional downpours, but the rain rarely overshadows the day’s activities.
Evening Conditions
Evenings cool down, with temperatures dropping to around 10°C. A light jacket or sweater is recommended for comfort. The air can feel brisk with breezes, particularly along the coast, but the overall humidity makes it a comfortable time for evening strolls and al fresco dinners.
